Thank you for responding. It's already very slow as it is without any delays.

I went ahead and opened a ticket with SB support to help me get past these errors.

Not sure if this problem is caused by it, but since you mentioned youre new to TC:

I see that it opens firefox, so make sure you have the right patches for it installed: http://support.smartbear.com/downloads/testcomplete/firefox-patches/
