12 years agoPlease open a case with Customer Support (http://support.smartbear.com/message/?prod=TestComplete). We can help you figure out your account information. Providing a license info file from your License Manager when you open the support case would also help. To do that:
Download the HASP RUS utility using this link: HASP RUS. (http://downloads.automatedqa.com/HASP_RUS_AQA.exe)
Download the HASP RUS utility using this link: HASP RUS. (http://downloads.automatedqa.com/HASP_RUS_AQA.exe)
Install it on your VM.
Launch the utility.
Click "Collect Information" in the "Collect Key Status Information" tab of the utility.
In the Save File dialog box that appears, specify any file name (say, MyLicenses.c2v) and click Save.
Send us the generated C2V file.
