Need information about TestComplete Product key

Hi All , I am moving Licencse Server to new Machine . I have installed Licence Manager on new machine and it needs product key . I dont have any info regarding the product key . ...

I have lost my Customer ID ! 

For any help Customer ID is needed and I lost it . 

Please provide some solution ...
