NameMapping issue on different resolutions
Hi,
I am using TestComplete 9.20.2460.7 in two of my system having differnt resolution.
I am using Name Mapping for Object mapping.
In my application values of all the properties of one component and its immediate parent are same, except “Index “value.(This component has hirarchy of 10 immediate parents)
Index is the only unique identifier ,we tried using properties like “Classname” and “Fullname” but TestComplete does not identify it as unique, for reasons given in above point. Hence have to use “Index”.
But we found difference in “Index” value for two different build versions.
We tried the conditional option of TestComplete object properties "OR" for the Index, keeping values of both builds , it does not work on machine having resolution 1280 x 1024 . Whereas the same is working fine in machine having resolution 1920 x 1200.
So, I want to know that wether TestComplete has any resolution constraints or not.
Or the reason for such behavior.
