      Let's see the Object Spy results with Extended properties for that object from both yours and your friend's system.

        Hi Marsha_R ,

         

        Recent update: I upgraded test complete to 14.20 and tried again with chrome browser. It is better now since my machine can at least identify the Save As dialog as browser.dlgSaveAs instead of browser.item but it is still not the same as my friend. Please compare the two attachments. Thanks.
