Name Mapping defaults to conditional mapping

Hi.  I am creating a keyword test, and name mapping appears to be defaulting to Conditional mode.  I would like to change this back to the standard mode that works off of the object properties.  I cannot seem to change this.  There is no checkbox in the Edit mode to switch this mode off.  I even deleted my mapping document and tried creating a new one but still have the items mapping in conditional mode.  

Has anyone else run into this?

I am running TC Version 14.73.382.7 x64.  Edge browser.
