Mobile automation for web applications

I am looking for mobile automation where I can use multiple IOS and Android devices to test my web application. How can I use my web page url and run it in TestComplete for different devices. 

Have been found few documentations and video around connecting to Bitbar and the sample test applications are taken as the IOS and Android apps but in my case, this is not an app this is web url and wanted to just test in different mobile devices.

Can this be possible in TestComplete?
