Log says Has Picture but no image in picture panel

Hello,

 

In my test properties, I have:

Collect Test Visualizer Data During Test Run = Capture Images Only, 

Post Image on Error = True and Store Last Events = 25.

 

In my test results, the Has Picture Column =True but no image is displaying in the picture panel. The only image displaying is on the actual error itself, but on none of the events previous to the error.

 

I have attached a screenshot as an example. Do I have my settings wrong, or am I misunderstanding something? Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Anybody? Any help at all, or at least a response, would be appreciated..

      When we see the screen shot of the 'Polar bear in a snowstorm', we know that the console was not logged on.

      You need to make sure that there is an active desktop. Sometimes when disconnectiong from a remote desktop session, you will get this 'white' screen. 

       

      That's my best guess...

        Thanks for your response, but I don't believe that is the issue. The very next step in the log where the error occured does have a screenshot, and the test would not have been able to get as far as it did without being logged on to the console. The tests are also run on a local machine, so not remote desktop sessions to worry about.
