Log says Has Picture but no image in picture panel

Hello,   In my test properties, I have: Collect Test Visualizer Data During Test Run = Capture Images Only,  Post Image on Error = True and Store Last Events = 25.   In my test results, the Has...

When we see the screen shot of the 'Polar bear in a snowstorm', we know that the console was not logged on.

You need to make sure that there is an active desktop. Sometimes when disconnectiong from a remote desktop session, you will get this 'white' screen. 

 

That's my best guess...
