Launched TestExecute threw error "All licenses have been used" even if there are available licenses

Hello SmartBear!



Our Team have been experiencing a license behavior in TestExecute saying that All of our licenses have been used even if we know there are still available license:



Steps to replicate:

1. Launch TestExecute via COM in Machine 1

2. Launch TestExecute via COM in Machine 2

3. Launch TestExecute via COM in Machine 3

4. Launch TestExecute via COM in Machine 4



Actual Result:

- When TestExecute was launched in Machine 4, it will throw an error that all licenses have been used. We have 7 licenses.



Will there be any chance that our License manager is not clearing up closed TestExecute instance?

    Open this page on your License Manager PC when you get the error. There, you will find the list of computers that use the TestExecute license.
