First of all, try launching TestComplete As Administrator and check whether the problem persists (see the Testing Applications With TestComplete Under Windows Vista and Later Operating Systems help topic for more information). If it does, please describe the problem in detail (exactly what the slowdown is in seconds, what actions cause the slowdown). Also, let us know whether the problem be reproduced with a public web site so we can check that from our side.
