Issues with testing Flex/Air application

I am new to testcomplete. I am having issues with testing my application with TestComplete 8.2. I am keep getting message that Application is not ready to use with test complete try compiling with Air...

Make sure you are preparing your application for testing exactly as it is described in the "Testing Flex-Based AIR Applications" help topic. If the issue persists, check whether it can be reproduced on a simple "hello world" Flex-based AIR application.
