Issues with Samsung Mobile / Tablet USB Drivers Setup

Hi,



           I managed to install the USB Driver for the Samsung Tablet GT-P3110 Once and the TestComplete Tool recognized it.



           But, I tried to install other USB Driver for the other types of the Samsung Mobiles / Tablets.



           Unfortunately, I am not able to install any of the USB Drivers and none of the Samsung Devices are recognized on my PC.



OS: Windows 7 (64 Bit)

Test Complete Version: 10.0.531.7



           Would appreciate any help on it.

    Hi Karim,



    In addition to Tanya's reply: when installed, Samsung Kies copies 'SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones.exe' file into the subfolder where it is installed. It is possible to make a backup copy of this file, uninstall Samsung Kies and install just a driver by executing the saved .exe.

    Then you may use this .exe to install usb driver on other machines that you are going to use for mobile testing without the necessity to install complete Samsung Kies suite.
