I've consulted our R&D team - they told me that there shouldn't be any serious issue with the latest Chrome update:
TestComplete 10.10 should properly recognize pages in Chrome 34
However, there is one note: make sure that TestComple Chrome extension v.10.10 is added to your browser:
There is a possibility that v. 10.20 may be installed on the computer.
To resolve this, please reinstall TestComplete. If the objects aren't recognized after this, please reinstall Chrome, as well.
