What version of TestComplete are you using and what version of Firefox are you using?

Latest versions in both cases:
TC----> Version: 15.41.9.7 x86
FF----> 102.0.1 (64-bit)

TestComplete is only up to support for Firefox 98.

You can check with Support directly to find out when a patch for 102 will be available.
