Is there a way to Clear Cache in a Keyword script without using a coordinate point to execute

Is there a way to Clear Cache  in a Keyword script without using a coordinate point to execute?

I'm unable to identify objects in the browser settings pages using the Object Spy but have the need to constantly clear Cache in my tested Application
