Is there a solution for successfully downloading files in Edge using Edge's new 'Safe As' pop-up?

Using the latest version of Edge, I'm unable to have TestComplete successfully navigate Edge's 'Save As' pop-up. Does anyone have a solution for downloading files in Microsoft Edge?

This is the "dialog" I get when attempting to download a file:



I don't know if there is still an option in Edge to have the browser always ask where to save file.

I tried a Google search for your browser setting question and there are a lot of different references over different time periods. You'll need to take a look and figure out which one works for you.
