So, do I understand it correctly that the window in question appears as expected when the browser is launched from TestComplete and does not appear when the browser is launched for the next time? If so, it looks as if something breaks in the plug-in after the browser launched from TestComplete. Please check the following:
1. Can the problem be reproduced if you use the approach from the following How To entry to launch your web browser?
Get an application's exit code
2. Can the problem be reproduced if you launch IE from TestComplete first and then launch Firefox manually (and vice versa)? This will help us find out whether the problem is related to a specific browser or to some shared data related to the plug-in.
3. Can the problem be reproduced if you run the browser a few more times manually after it occurs for the first time?
4. Can the problem be reproduced if you reboot your machine after the problem occurs and then try launching a web browser manually?
5. Can you provide us with the plug-in in question so we can try to reproduce the problem on our side?
