Integration: Test complete with SPIRA Remote launch

I am trying to integrate Test complete with SPIRA. and i have performed all the required steps. and now i am trying to execute test set through Remote launch tool. it shows following message. Please see assist me.

 

Exception:
Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {E78906EC-29F4-42C5-9571-04A0365AB90B} failed due to the following error: 800702e4 The requested operation requires elevation. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800702E4).

    I'm not sure what SPIRA is, as there's no documentation on the SmartBear website. The message "The requested operation requires elevation" means that in order to open the file you will need the elevated permission of a local administrator to take ownership and gain access
