I am missing the Events project item in my TestComplete project. How do I get it back?

I need to create an event handler but to do so I need to access the Events project item.  The problem is my project is missing the Events project handler.  Is it something I failed to install?  Is there a setting that will turn it on?  How do I get it back into my projects?

    Depending upon how your project was created, the "Events" item may not automatically have been added to the project.  It's easy to do so.  Right click on the project node in the project explorer, select "Add" then "New Item" and select the Events item from the list.
