How to use Test complete Floating Licence



Hi All,


We have a Query on Test complete Floating Licence through VPN. We read the following article.

My client has few Floating Licenses for the Test complete. He want to use few of them ‘Using Test Complete in Virtual Private Networks’ . Both of our offices are in different country. 


So do we need to Install Test Complete in our office, and through VPN and settings mentioned as per above link ? Is this the process?

    Hi,



    You should install the license manager and TC, activate your license and specify the LM machine address on the machine where TC is installed. This way you can make TC use a license manager located outside your LAN via VPN. This is exactly what the mentioned help topic says.
