How to Set the "Bottom" property of a dialog box

I have homegrown desktop application, which has a dialog box with no maximize feature. I am adding widgets to this dialog box to the point where they become out of bounds. I need to set the "bottom" ...

What would you recommend as a solution to this issue? In other words, how do I enlarge a dialog window object which has no maximize method?

Can you try like this yourObject.Drag(2,2,100,10) and see what happens?
