Hi Raviavi

In Azure is your agent self hosted or MS hosted?

to me it sounds like you are using MS hosted agents.

TestComplete keybased licenses will require self hosted agents.

If you would like to use MS hosted agents you need to ensure you are using ID based licenses of Testcomplete
