Hi,
Can you provide a screenshot of your Execution Plan?
In general, to execute two or more test items that are on the same level of Execution Plan (or belong to different branches of Execution Plan) one must execute separate command lines.
As a possible option you may consider to apply tags to your tests and execute them with the help of proper command line.
See https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/working-with/automating/command-line-and-exit-codes/command-line.html#CommandLineArguments and https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/scripting/tags.html for more details.

Hi,
a) All Test Items are disabled, so I am not sure that they can be executed from command line;
b) If you enable them then, as all they are on the same level, you will need to either use three command lines (one command line per Test Item) or start execution of the whole test project (which will require one command line).
As per https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/working-with/automating/command-line-and-exit-codes/command-line.html, format like /test:api,uis or /test:api, /test:uis is not supported.
