How to install testexecute in virtual machine (License type is Floating)

Hi ,



i am using one floating license of testcomplete. i have installed that in my system and while activating that in virtual machine i am facing one problem as

"To Run the product on a virtual machine , you need a floating user license which must be activated on a physical computer". but i have been activated this license in my system.

 

can any let me know about this issue ASAP. This is very urgent for me . Please find the attached screenshot which i am getting while activating.

    Hi satyanarayana,





    If you have a Floating User license of TestComplete, you need to activate it only once on a physical machine. After that, you can install the tool on a Virtual Machine - this instance of the tool will consume a license from the physical machine. That is, your VM should have a network connection to that physical machine via the network.
