I'm assuming you mean generate something OTHER than what TestComplete generates in the test logs. So, the Log.SaveResultsAs probably won't work for you.
In order to do what you're asking (if my assumption is correct), you will need to write your own routines to write out the results in the desired format. shankar_r has something he wrote a while back that he might be willing to share. As for me, I have a framework I built out where, after each test case is executed, I write out to an SQL table whether or not the test passed or failed.

As tristaanogre mentioned, I have created Script Extension which will create HTML reports which needs some configuration in project level.
