how to fix Sentinel Runtime Environment installer failed unable to install an inf file

This is how I fixed this issue

Uninstalling Test complete

 disconnected system from  the domain and pointed  to a workgroup

singed in as Administrator

Re -installed Test complete and applied license

Rebooted machine and reconnected to Domain
