How to fix objects being created on different Sys. + HELP

Many times when i try to record tests, it keeps creating objects on differents Sys: IEXPLORE, iexplore2, etc..  How can i make it always create those objects on the same Sys, i dont want do map...

    Hi Erick,


     


    The object is mapped by the Index property. You need to remove it from mapping criteria.

  • After you have recorded you testcase. You can initiate NM clean up process. By this process, you look at the new alias created and remove the fragile part of the namemapping alias setting.

  • By doing so, The next time you do test recording. The Namemapping system would pickup the old alias instead of creating new alias.
