When you need a trial extension, it is best to contact your Account Manager, as Helen pointed out.
As for your support case, I can't find one from you. Did you get a confirmation e-mail with an Issue# after you submitted the case?
If you did not, please either submit it again, or contact your Accont Manager. Thanks!
