Hi Ofer,
You can simply add the needed web page as a tested application in TestComplete. To learn how to do this, please see the "Adding Web Pages to the List of Tested Applications" help topic (http://support.smartbear.com/support/viewarticle/12343/). This will make TestComplete launch the specified browser and open the corresponding URL in it.
