How to Down load TestComplete 8.20?

Currently we are using TC 6 for our testing and we purchased licence key of TC 6


When we login with cutomer ID and password, and it will show only TC 7 version to download for us.


How do we upgrade from TC 6 to TC 8.20?


Please let me know the way to do this?
