How to compare to word documents using tescomplete 12
please share the script extension file to compare two word documents which is compatible to Test complete 12.

Assuming it's compatible with V12 of TC, there is a link to it here:
The script extension file provided is not compatible with test complete version 12.
Please provide me inputs or any other ways to compare two word documents.
Am unable to fetch the content of the Word document as well
Are you sure it's not your version of Word rather than the extension?
What version of Office was it generated using? The support page only mentions compatibility up to Office 2010. (As you mention you can't extract anything from the Word doc either .... which makes it sound like it's not in the supported range)
If it's within the supported version range, and still not working, it sounds like something you'll need to raise a support ticket for.
