how to capture objects of MS word using TestComplete 15

Hello, Im using TestComplete 15 and part of my test is to open a word document and verify text in MS word. But test complete is recognizing the entire WORD app window as one object. How do I verify contents of word document or capture individual objects of word document, like the text area in this case. Thank you!
