How to Apend a wild character to the project variable?

Question

I have&nbsp;a variable value captured through 'Set Variable Value'. Now I need to use the value captured in another text field, appended with a wild character.Ex: Value captured on&nbsp;screen&nbsp;- SG1825793Value to be used - SG1825793*, to search all related entries&nbsp;&nbsp;Can we achieve this?Thanks in advance
