how can i click button with out index in windows32controll bar in afx frame?

Hi I am unable to get the button name in ToolBarWindow32 i.e AfxController42su. Based on index(24) i am clicking but i want to click on the name. Ex: Aliases.wndAfx3.ToolsGraph.ClickItem(24) ?Could you please suggest me
