I try to test mobile browser on real device like galaxy or iphone with testcomplete.
but I heard that it cannot be done with it and instead of browser on real device, testcomplete allow me to use their own browser smart bear brower.
I want to know the difference between two of them.
Is there any big chance for them to have different result of tests?
Smartbear browser is based on android or ios???

Next step is to execute your tests (properly created, of course) using SmartBear browser and Virtual Browsers (http://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/working-with/managing-projects/properties/open-apps/web-testing/virtual-browsers.html) and compare their results.
As a final step, you may compare results of your automated tests with the results of the same actions done manually using native mobile browser to get an understanding if there are any significant behavior differences *for your given tested web application* when running it in SmartBear / Virtual / native browser.
