Authentication pop up in different browsers

Recently our web applications authentication process has been changed. We now have authentication pop up when the URL for the application is typed in the browser. This authentication pop UI is not same in all 3 browsers - Firefox, Chrome, IE.

I am having hard time in recognizing the authentication objects for these browsers as UI become different when move from one browser to another browser.
