Help topic files missing, how can I add them after installation?

I've been running into issues and it's nice that I am offered help topics, however I believe I declined to download them when I first did an Installation. Is there a way to get them after the install?...

I'd probably just backup the program files and then uninstall and reinstall the program.  It won't affect your project files.
