Getting RPC Server error

I am getting an RPC Server error pretty much constantly now.  I never saw it with TC 10.  I had to upgrade to TC11 to continue testing on Chrome and I am now seeing it all the time.  It doesn't matter which script I am running or how, but as soon as I get to the 4th one, error.  If I run them alone, they are fine.  As soon as I run them one after another - BAM error.

Any idea how to fix this or what is causing this?  Is this a known issue with TC11??
