Floating User License Setup

Hi, I have Installed Test Complete License Manager in a different Network[Client Network],  I have installed Test complete in my Machine

 Now When I tried to open Test complete its not able to find the License Manager Server,

• License Manger can be accessed through Global IP from my machine.


• What Necessary Ports should I open  and  what settings doI need to do in order to set up the connection.                                                                                       please guide me what Necessary Set up do i need to do to establish the connection between License Manger and Test Complete.
