Floating License Timeout or TestComplete Releasing Licenses

Is there a way to get testcomplete to release the floating license without closing it down? Like a timeout or similar? Or should we expect whoever is using test complete to close the program when they are finished to release the license?

    Hi,

     

    Yes, the license is consumed as long as the given instance of TestComplete remains up and running.

    Thus it is a matter of best practice in a shared environment to close TestComplete as soon as you are done with it.
