Failed to start TCHookX86.exe and can't find this exec program on TC14.
When I start the testcomplete 14 . The dialog will appear and close it , testcomplete will close. we use float license for testcomplete14.

The reason is antivirus delete the .exe file which is from smartbear customer team.
