Failed to start TCHookX86.exe and can't find this exec program on TC14.

When I start the testcomplete 14 . The dialog will appear and close it , testcomplete will close. we use float license for testcomplete14. --------------------------- TestComplete --------------------...

    The reason is antivirus delete the .exe file which is from smartbear customer team.

Try a repair install of TC 14 on the machine in question.  It sounds like something got messed up in the registry or in the file installations.

Thank you a lot. But reinstall can't solve this problem. I will try other ways.
