Failed to connect to https://ocr.api.dev.smartbear.com. The operation timed out.

Hi Team,

I'm facing Failed to connect to https://ocr.api.dev.smartbear.com. The operation timed out. with OCR checkpoints. Everything is fine in my script, when executing the suite file, this error happens, and the remaining scripts throw The object "video" does not exist.  Can you please check it out?
