Currently, there is no built-in feature for that in TestComplete. You can only execute the same load test several times by creating a Test Item and setting its Count property. See the "Test Items Page (Project Editor)" help topic for details:

However, the needed functionality has been implemented in our new load testing tool, LoadComplete, and I recommend that you take a look at it:

Please see the "Continuous Load Settings" help topic to learn how to implement continuous load in LoadComplete.
