Error while generating Extent Report in Test complete "Type Error: Cannot property avenstack "

I have gone through this documentation, "https://community.smartbear.com/t5/TestComplete-Questions/Error-Error-while-generating-Extent-Report-in-Test-complete/m-p/184168#M7010" still some error not sure where am i missing can you please help me in resolving it.

Updated JVM.dll file in java bridge and , java class files and java classes in the path. Still not able to proceed with this.. Need an help from the test complete experts. suggestions are appreciated.. Thank you..
