Your project configuration might be corrupted; files missing, etc. It might be worth correcting the project by directly editing the files using something like Notepad++.
The message is not very helpful!

What version of TestComplete are you using ?
Your project code seems to local to your computer ? - E Drive ?
Hopefully your project code is backed up.
Get a fresh copy and start again and try to debug the issue through the steps you are performing with TestComplete and closing TestComplete.
