Environment Manager for crossbrowsertesting - use config to set environments per test

I'm setting up test(s) in Environment Manager (for CrossBrowserTesting). But a colleague doesn't want all possible environments to be added to the test(s) manually. Is there a way to use a config file or excel file or ... to decide which environments a test has to be run in?
