I had the same issue and opened a case with SmartBear.
They do have a beta version being tested that help correct this issue for me.
I am assuming the new version will be out in May 2026? - jkrolczySuper Contributor
What version of TestComplete you using and Chrome version ?

Now my scripts are failing due to the latest TestComplete not supporting Chrome 147 :(
I did open a support ticket.- batruongOccasional Contributor
Well, you can try by the other way , such as: clear chrome cache, or change to work with Edge
