Dropdown values and Date controls of Dotnet nuke application not recognized by your tool

Hi,
By using the trial version of test complete version 9.31, it is not recognizing dropdown value and date control of dot net nuke application, even after using object spy editor.
Please tell me how to resolve this issue.

    Could you please clarify what you mean by "it is not recognizing"? Post here a screenshot demonstrating what you see in TestComplete's Object Spy.

    While recording TC, it did not capture drop down values. How can I add it through keyword view using object spy?

    What drop down control is used in your app? Check the value of the ClrFullClassName property of the control in TestComplete's Object Browser.
